Peter Pepper Wall Coat Racks

Peter Pepper just has to be different, even in wall-mounted coat racks.  Only one of these really has a shelf, but these all can use coat hangers.  Since the frame of the rack and the hanging method was pretty much the same as the majority of coat racks in this section, we decided to include them here.
