Description

The Peter Pepper GBX3648-SM is a magnetic glass writing surface that uses Starphire laminated low-iron glass. The glass itself is 1/4" thick with a white backing. Starphire doesn't have as much of a tint to it as regular tempered glass, although there is still a bit, especially the larger it gets.

This is a vertical model that measures 36" wide by 48" high.  Unfortunately, we don't have images of the vertical units.  We apologize for the lack. The horizontal unit is shown and is available as the GBX4836-SM.

This unit's standard attachment to the wall is the concealed mount which uses a wall cleat and bracket arrangement.  These can also be specified with a stand-off mount that costs a bit more but has a more contemporary look. With stand-off mounts, the glass is inserted into a bracket notch and tightened with a set-screw. An aluminum disk conceals fasteners.

The pen rail is natural anodized aluminum.  On concealed mount units, it's attached to the board and runs the full width of the board.  This is why it matters if the unit is vertical or horizontal.  On models with stand-off mounts, the pen rail is always 12" less than the width of the board.

A starter pack of four dry erase markers, an eraser, and five rare earth magnets is included.
