Description

The 4101H-FG-AM HIPAA Medical Chart Holder from Peter Pepper uses a beautiful frosted green Plexiglass acrylic for the front panel with an Aluminum Metallic back.  The shelf rail is anodized aluminum. 

This design is one of Peter Pepper's newest chart holders and has quickly proven to be one of their most popular.  We took the most popular finish combinations and made them simpler for folks to review and order.  They all use the frosted green acrylic front but the backs can be your choice of:

Aluminum Metallic

Black

Haze

Soft White

If you're not pressed for time and would like to see all your options, the 4101H chart holder is also available in any of Peter Pepper's 27 Colors for the back panel with the frosted green front on standard lead time.  You can also choose to use 3Form's Quattro Platinum or Quattro Carbon for the front for an upcharge. 

If you'd like to maintain the same look from the waiting room to the exam room, this design is also available as the 4101 magazine rack with a lower front panel.  The HIPAA chart holder uses a slightly higher front panel to help conceal names on files.  The only difference between the two models is the height of the front panel.
