Chrome Coat Hooks

Chrome coat hooks have three standard finishes:

• Polished: A near-mirror finish.  You can see distorted reflections of the surroundings in the finish.
• Brushed: A slightly duller finish.  Reflections still visible, but not as clear.
• Satin: Duller than brushed, very similar to the finish on aluminum coat hooks.

Chrome coat hooks are made by applying chrome plating to a base material.  It's an extra step in the manufacturing process, so chrome versions of a particular design usually cost a bit more.  If you like the look but don't want the extra cost of chrome plating, you may want to have a look at the silver coat hooks section which includes all of these plus quite a few others.
