Camden-Boone Coat Hanger 115-003 - Wood - Closed Loop - Trouser Bar - Package of 8

Camden-Boone's 115-003 is a 3/4" wide varnished hardwood coat hanger with a trouser bar.  It uses a closed loop shank to create a permanent attachment to coat hanger rods. 

Note that you have to be able to remove the coat rod in order to install these.  These are fine for new installations, but if you're buying for an existing installation, you're going to have to dismantle the coat rack. 

Of course, that's why these are the very best solution for preventing people from accidentally mistaking your very nice coat hangers as their own and taking them home.

These units are only available with trouser bars; there is no skirt clip option.
